Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in
Aurora, IL. This contract position spans the full school year,
offering a rewarding chance to make a meaningful impact on the

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. - Deliver specialized
instruction and support to students with diverse learning
challenges. - Collaborate with general education teachers, parents,
and support staff to promote student success. - Monitor and assess
student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary. -
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters
growth and confidence. Desired Qualifications: - Certification in
Special Education or equivalent experience. - Proven experience
working with K-12 students with IEPs. - Strong understanding of
special education laws, regulations, and best practices. -
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Patience,
