Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A leading special education
cooperative in the Chicago area is seeking experienced
professionals to support K-12 students in a dynamic school
environment. These contract positions are designed to provide
specialized behavior support throughout the current school year.
Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans in
alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct
functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven strategies
to support positive student outcomes. Collaborate with educators,
therapists, and families to ensure consistent implementation of
behavior support. Provide training and guidance to school staff on
behavior management techniques. Monitor and document student
progress and adjust interventions as needed. Qualifications: Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Experience working in K-12 school settings with diverse student
populations. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
principles. Ability to develop and implement individualized
behavior plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid state licensure or certification as applicable.
Location:Chicago, Illinois (with positions serving surrounding
