Facilities Reliability Tech 2 Location: Assembly Drive, Rockford,
IL 61109 Shift: 3rd Shift ? ? Perform advanced facility related
preventative maintenance and repairs as a Facility Reliability
Technician (FRT), maintain the Pharmaceutical facilities at a
"World Class" level . ? Apply deductive reasoning and interpret a
variety of technical instructions . There are no direct supervisory
responsibilities associated with this role. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
essential duties and responsibilities include the following but
other duties may be assigned. ? ? Support all PCI departments in
special and routine service functions such as timely facility
repairs, facility preparation for special events , etc. ? ? ? To be
self-reliant to diagnose and troubleshoot facility related
mechanical systems with minimal direction including but not limited
to: ? ? ? Repair and preventative maintenance of facility roofs,
walls, doors, windows, etc. ? ? ? Repair and preventative
maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, lighting,
electrical, and plumbing systems. ? ? ? Repair and preventative
maintenance of parking lots and exterior grounds. ? ? ? Support the
AB facilities as part of the FRT On-Call team. ? ? ? Assist with
snow removal efforts performed by PCI with regard to sidewalks,
snow plowing and salting of parking lots and sidewalks. ? ? ?
Adhere to all PCI and cGMP policies, procedures, rules and
regulations. ? ? ? Perform other duties as assigned by the
Facilities Reliability Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, Manger or
Director. ? This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and G CP policies,

Preferred MEP Building Trades related experience HVAC emphasis or
equivalent with a minimum of T hree (3) years of facility
maintenance or equivalent experience. ? ? ? Should possess an
understanding of facility maintenance including: Predictive
facilities maintenance program cGMP guidelines Water, gas, and
electrical utilities MEP, Fire protection systems, and electrical
generation systems HVAC systems, including but not limited to low
humidity control systems LI-KH1 For Illinois residents: the hiring
rate for this position is $22.15 to $24.92 plus eligibility for an
annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by
multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant
experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter
