    Collection Specialist Duties:

    • You will request and attach required clinical documentation and follow up with insurance carriers.
    • You will prepare and submit all claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and third party insurance carriers.
    • You will process account adjustments, changes of status and payer changes.
    • You will mainatin daily and monthly productivity goals to maximize cash flow.
    • You will participate in corporate AR claims reviews.

      Collection Specialist Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
      • Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Suite.
      • Strong financial communication and oragnization skills.
      • Business to business collection experience, preferred.
      • Two years experience in a related field.
