We have a strong corporate culture that fosters a collaborative team environment. About the Role: Approximately 50% of your time will be devoted to accounting and financial functions. This will include A/R and A/P management; general ledger entries, monthly closing and reporting; bank reconciliations; daily cash management; payroll coordination; and special projects. The other 50% of your time will be spent on data analysis, Excel reporting, special projects, IT troubleshooting, vendor communication, inventory system input and coordination, day to day communication with customers, phone support and office management tasks. Due to the nature of our business, this position is 100% in-person. Remote candidates will not be considered. Credentials, Qualifications & Experience : -- Minimum of a bachelor---s degree in accounting or equivalent and five years business experience. Candidates for this position should have the following skills and characteristics: -- Excellent command and understanding of Microsoft products; an expert skill level with a love of Excel. -- Aptitude to easily learn new software applications. -- Basic knowledge of office computer infrastructure, including basic computer troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting and interoffice networking. -- Strong verbal and written communication skills. -- Excellent organizational skills. -- High level of accuracy and attention to detail. -- Self-motivated with an upbeat attitude -- Enjoy collaborative work and identify as a ---people person---.
